I am tired of renting houses and apartments and throwing my money down the drain.  I know the real estate market stinks right now, but mortgage rates are good and it’s definitely a good time to buy a house.  I’ve found quite a few that I like on realtor.com — one of my favorite sites to browse when I’m bored — but I am scared of applying for a mortgage.

Everyone says there are some of the best mortgage rates to be had now, since people just aren’t buying houses, but I don’t have good credit.  I don’t know as I have bad credit either, but I know it’s not excellent.  I may have to go for more of a bad credit score loan, and those seem kind of risky themselves.  I need someone to give me some advice.  None of my friends are homeowners and so they have no clue about home loans.

Maybe I’ll do some googling tonight and see what I can learn . . . or maybe I’ll just go back to looking for my dream house!       

We sold our house.  I should be happy about that, especially since it’s really hard to sell a house these days.  Hardly anyone is buying, so I know we got lucky. 

But now we have to think about moving, and all the work that goes along with moving.  We have a month or so left to get out, and I am still researching reliance relocation companies.  Almost nothing is packed, and rather than packing things up, it seems like we are ending up taking more and more out because we need it for something or another.  I’m getting really frustrated.

Finding reliance relocation is really hard, too.  A lot of places have bad reviews, and of course, we want to deal with a company that will treat our things well — a company we can actually rely on!  We have some nice things that we don’t want to lose in the move, and trusting other people to handle them appropriately is difficult.   

Does anyone have moving tips for me?  I feel like I’m drowning here!
